B.rod Banks (born October 06, 1995) is a United States rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. A prominent figure in indie music, B.rod is widely credited for popularizing his small neighborhood Lincoln Heights, Ohios sound & bringing it into the music industry. He initially gained recognition In his first viral song Make It Out Alive in 2012 when his childhood friend committed suicide & he made a song in response. In 2013 while still in high school his intent was on pursuing a career in music. He released multiple singles that would later be taken offline but some still remain on SoundCloud. In 2014 he went on to shoot a his first official music video “chosen” in his neighborhood reaching over 40k views. B.rod then took a break from the music industry to better equip his skill set because he didn’t like the way other engineers recorded his vocals & in 2017 he dropped his first Independent project “The Rebirth” the following year he released “Revelation”
