Interview with Music artist “Lens To The Future”
Q: Please introduce yourself to the readers and how you first got into this field of work –and who were some of your influences growing up?
My name is Lens To The Future and I make some dope ass music. I’m an artist I don’t like to be just classified as a rapper because I have a large variety of music that I’m capable of releasing and have released so far. I may be unknown at the moment but I promise everyone’s going to know my name before I’m finished. I was influenced by the radio growing up so many artists influenced my style it’s hard to give just a few artist credits and leave others out, I listened to all genres as long as the music was good.
Q: What kind of training have you had, if any?
I have had no training
Q: What has been your favourite project to work on so far?
My favorite project that I’ve done so far is “the opening act” because it was like a journey for me. I grew so much as an artist while working on it due to how much conflict I was going through and overcoming it and dropping the album.
Q: How did you get the gig?
I didn’t get a gig yet.
Q: What sports do you enjoy watching?
I enjoy watching basketball & American football.
Q: What has been one of the biggest highlights/achievements of your career?
My biggest highlight so far in my career so far would have to be reaching 400k streams overall because it shows how much I’ve grown as an artist. It may not be a lot to some people but to me, it has allotted of meaning because I had to do it all by myself and I’m doing it pretty well.
Q: If you had a chance to work alongside anybody who would that be?
I honestly would like to work with anyone, because I feel like every collaboration is a growing experience and I would love to grow as much as I possibly can.
Q: What projects do you have coming up?
Right now I’m dropping a single a week to build up hype for my next project “Hollywood Lou” which will be dropping in January 2022. I just want to build up as much hype that I can for the project so that it will go up and have allot of people's attention.
Q: Who is your inspiration?
My inspiration is my family , they were the only people I could count on growing up and I want to give them the world one day.
Q: What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?
The most interesting thing I’ve seen this week would probably have to be the nba playoff games, LOL , sorry it’s been a slow week for me.
Q: What are your favorite venues to perform in?
I like to perform in any kind of venue to be honest but I prefer the venue to be packed and filled with my fans because I can feed off their energy and give them the best performances that I’m capable of and put on a show.
