An Interview with Biran Çelik CEO of “World for her”
Q: How long have you been in “World for her” Business? In this Niche?
It's been 6 months since we have been working on the project and we recently opened the website.
Q: What are the advantages Do you provide to your women clients?
We want women to be able to find everything they need when it comes to fashion, makeups and also tips/help on their needs.
Q: What service(s) or product(s) do you offer in “World for her” facebook page?
Right now we are selling Beauty products, dresses, clothes, footwear. We will have new services to come soon. We have a lot of ideas but it takes time to execute them.
Q: How did you get started in this “shop & service for everything a woman needs” and start contacting with Clients?
I always wanted to be able to help in any way possible,
Q: What is unique about your “World for her” Business?
Compared to any other places, in “World For Her”, they will be able to get everything they need and also the advice they are looking for.
Q: Sir, Biran Çelik can you tell us what are your responsibilities as the CEO?
Making sure that our followers and customers get the service they are looking for when they come to our website.
Q: What was the most challenging client you’ve had to advise so far? What were their needs, and how did you help them?
N/A the website is too new we haven't gone through any difficulties so far.
Q: This job requires a wide range of knowledge about the services of several major promotion providers. How do you organize yourself around keeping up-to-date information ready for your women clients?
I always loved to keep myself up to date in fashion, I grew up in this industry. We always find the time when its something we love.
Q: How would you deal with a difficult client’s claim? What would you do to help it get processed, and to help the client understand the policy better?
We would do anything that is in our power to be able to help the client if something has been wrongfully done. Our aim is customer satisfaction. We want to return clients not 1-time clients.
Q: What kinds of Women Brand industries are you most comfortable with already?
Right now we are not working with a specific brand, but it will come soon too.
Q: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
If you have a dream, go for it, it is better to have tried and failed than wondering your whole life how it would have been if you had tried. Not let outside opinions affect your view/image you have about what you are seeking to achieve.
